"This office offers a team of property professionals that is a cut above any other estate agency in this region. It is easy to be outwardly friendly but no one can doubt the sincerity of each of the members of this group. Photography and presentation of the property online and in print were quickly completed and of the highest quality. Everone in this group acted as a member of a team with professionalism, courtesy, respect and care for my property as well as for the potential buyers. Neighbours commented on how respectful team members were when bringing potential buyers to the property. This was the second attempt at selling this property--the difference between Henderson Connellan and previous company could not be more stark. There were more people viewing this property after 24 hours of listing it this time than there were in 2 months with the previous agency. And I had two offers in that 24 hour period, compared to no offers at all during the previous 6 month contract with the other company. It might be a matter of timing, but with this sort of result it is most likely a higher degree of professionalism, attention to detail and customer care."
